Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience of, and be responsible for the following;
Dealing with confidential and sensitive data
Reception cover - On a rota basis
Responding to correspondence, emails and telephone calls as required.
Diary management.
Arranging appointments.
Coordinating and confirming meetings.
Note taking and distribution of notes from meetings
Updating of database

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be customer focused and solutions orientated.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Balancing petty cash accounts Processing of invoices Experience of working in a clerical or administrative environment. Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
