Job Description
  • Support the implementation of our new global platform for learning. Once implemented, be the global super-administrator of the new platform, specifically:
    • Creating, uploading, curating, and evaluating content
    • Creating and managing the logistics for learning events (virtual and face-to-face)
    • Producing regular data analytics
    • Administering and coordinating online communities
  • Support the movement of Health and Safety, Information Security and Compliance face-to-face learning to digital delivery, including the annual mandatory training process and roll out of relevant content
  • Plan and organize Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) training (e.g. Mental Health Awareness), recording attendance and feedback – with the guidance of the Group Head of D&I
  • Give logistical support to our learning campaigns, including content we share on social media
  • Manage the collation of and reporting of data – both learning-related and D&I

As an entry-level role this is designed as a learning opportunity. However, to be successful in role its essential the right candidate can show some previous experience of:

  • Attention to detail and a drive for high quality work, with few mistakes.
  • Working with internal or external customers – a “customer service” mindset.
  • Taking clear deliverables and owning delivery – but not afraid to ask for help / flag where needs more support.
  • Showing a growth mindset – always ready to learn.
  • Working with and being comfortable with technology (there will be full training on the systems but much of the role will be as a super-user).
  • Being creative – coming up with new ideas.
