Job Description

In the role of Administrator, you will be processing candidate registrations and helping to populate the database with accurate, up-to-date information & candidate communication. You will be helping to build our automation platform as we set ourselves up in the right way from Day 1. You will be the first point of contact for temp and contractors. There is so much to get involved in, you’ll never be bored.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous recruitment administration experience is desired and could give you an advantage, but not essential. Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to demonstrate a good eye for detail is critical. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Powerpoint, Excel,Tteams etc.) and an ability to grasp new software and navigate Bond Adapt as the CRM system will be pretty essential as well. But mostly, we want someone who will fit well in our team, have a great sense of humour and be able to simultaneously do what we ask and boss us about to ensure we all grow this business as we want to - quickly and sustainably while having a lot of fun!
