Job Description

This is a very exciting Senior Group Financial Accountant role with elements of FP&A for a FTSE 250 listed business based in Central London (but working from home for the time being).

The role will be in a team of five, reporting directly to the Head of Group Reporting and will be mainly responsible for:

• Group consolidation of 15 trading accounts
• Preparing the group financial statements and submitting the notes
• Preparing the balance sheet
• Producing the monthly analysis report and talking through the variance analysis including budget v actuals with the CFO in a detailed format

The client is looking for a qualified accountant with group financial accounting experience and previous senior stakeholder engagement as you will have direct contact with the CFO and other senior people in the finance team.

Whilst this role does not start until the mid-Nov, the client is happy to start interviews shortly. Unfortunately an earlier start date is not possible at this stage.

The role is paying £80 - £85K plus 25 days of annual leave.
