Job Purpose
To ensure the premises are safe and secure, as well as supporting the upkeep of the building.
Main tasks and duties
To actively ensure the safety and integrity of the building through regular Health and Safety Checks/patrols, monitoring of the CCTV systems and the management and deescalation of incidents on site
Monitoring and managing visitors on site, ensuring all comply with the house rules and health and safety guidance
To provide secondary support for maintenance issues as a result of building patrols and in reference to the Maintenance Log. Dealing with basic maintenance or cleaning issues as they arise, including the turnaround of vacant rooms.
To undertake administration duties including the keeping of appropriate records of all activities, incident logs and handover notes, implementing rules, policies and procedures as required
