As the Administrator you will be responsible for processing orders as well as carrying out administrative duties responding to the changing needs of the business and the clients. You will be required to liaise with customers directly, dealing with any queries, taking orders and scheduling deliveries. Once you have an understanding of the business you will begin taking on the role as PA to the Director. Your responsibilities will include and are not limited to acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls as well as managing diaries and meetings.
