Job Description

You will support the Project team for a major client with Administration functions as required, showing versatility, professionalism and focus.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Purchase order processing and sub-contractors.
  • Supporting the Operations Team on co-ordination of all admin duties.
  • Maintain electronic projects files.
  • Updating reports as well as Cash with install projects costs and queries.
  • Organizing the installation planner and coordinating on projects.
  • Stores support duties as and when required.
  • Support the Administration Manager with any ad hoc administration duties.

Salary: £18,000 – £23,000 per annum


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent administration and computer skills. Able to produce documents to a high specification and have significant experience of manipulating data using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate packages. Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries. Analytical in approach with experience of reports, and attention to detail. Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment. Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills. Strong organizational skills. The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach. Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic. The ability to work independently and a desire to learn.
