Job Description

This role requires the ability to demonstrate flexibility to cover a diverse range of responsibilities, in return we offer the flexibility in the hours you work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

Provide guidance to management on compilation of recruitment documentation.

Undertake a range of administration duties to support the resolution of customer enquiries and to deliver the overall service.

To ensure that all administration work in relation to New Starters and Leavers is completed, and relevant letters, payments, and notifications are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2/3 Business and Administration - Desirable

Communication:

  • Participate in staff meetings as and when required.

Training and Development:

  • Maintain professional knowledge and competence.
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses, on or off site, as and when required.
  • Participate in relevant N/SVQ training to achieve required qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Provision of a highly confidential administrative support service to the management Administering, maintaining the HR and Payroll. Accurate filing of all HR personnel files. Raising invoices in a timely manner to all our suppliers for payment and to track and chase overdue payments in a timely manner Keeping accurate employee records Delivering high quality service to management and employees To have a general understanding of HMRC rules including tax, pension contributions, SSP, SAP, SPP, NI and student loans Problem solving and dealing with payroll queries Advising on employment policies and procedures Experience of working in a team. ICT literate, including using all aspects of Microsoft Office and payroll systems
