Processing orders, enquiries and account activity onto the CRM System;
Being the day to day account contact for European based clients;
Processing export paperwork; stock checking, arranging samples and stocks for events
Liaising with production and suppliers;
Facilitating email marketing campaigns;
Helping with quotations;
Organising event bookings
Taking inbound sales enquiries;
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent in French Strong customer focus or sales background and professional approach Experience working as a sales administrator, sales support executive, customer service advisor or account manager Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good computer skills Positive "can do" attitude
