Job Description

This role sits within their New Business department and supports the underwriting process. In this role you will be administering the onboarding process of new
customers including checking documents, inputting customer information onto the system, completing verification calls and answering queries from both brokers and customers.

Responsibilities:

- Carry out the second check of a payout to ensure that all paperwork required to proceed has been received and signed off by an underwriter.
- Complete a verification call with each customer in accordance with guidelines and script.
- Answering incoming calls and directing the call to the relevant person/department.
- Producing finance documents for new agreements and forwarding them to the relevant broker in a timely manner.
- Moving new proposals out of the credit searching error queue for further underwriting.
- Adding joint hirer details to pending proposals
- Processing welcome packs and the scanning/filing for new agreements when required.
- General office duties as and when required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience in an administrative position - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure. - Excellent time management skills - Previous experience liaising with customers is beneficial.
