The key accountabilities of the Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
General administrative support of the Business Change and IT function;
Diary and meeting management on behalf of the department;
Creation of meeting packs and preparation;
Taking meeting minutes and notes;
Delivering day to day project administration support to both PMO and Analysts;
High volumes of processing invoices and raising purchase orders using Oracle.
On offer to the candidate;
An immediate start offering an hourly pay, equivalent to that of a £21,000 annual salary;
Remote onboarding and working;
A 3 month temporary position, with possibility of further extension;
Exposure to a fast paced, project based team working alongside highly experienced and dedicated individuals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2-5 years of experience within an Administrative support role; Exposure to and an understanding of Oracle; High levels of proficiency with the MS Office Suite and intermediate ability using Excel; Experience in processing high volumes of invoices and raising purchase orders; Immediate availability to interview via phone and start in the role. Exposure to the housing sector would be considered highly beneficial; Experience within the project space or Business Change is advantageous.
