The role has both exciting and interesting aspects, but there is an element of more junior tasks while the role develops. Working closely with the Office Manager, you will have a flexible approach to your work, with a can-do attitude.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones and dealing with visitors
Provide varied support and administrative assistance to the team
Finance - monthly sales invoicing
Assistance with organising B2B events locally and attending to greet clients
Assist with marketing activities
Facilities management - ensuring the office is kept to a high standard
Typing of correspondence, ensuring that PDF’s are to a high standard
Other office administrative duties as required
