Job Description

These roles will also involve performing a range of key administrative tasks including: dealing with patient / relative enquiries over the telephone, scanning patient documentation onto the Electronic Patient Record (EPR), making patient appointments, compiling and sending outpatient clinic letters and appointment letter packs, data entry onto the EPR and out coming patient appointments in the EPR.

The team aims to improve the uptake and safe delivery of a large scale immunisation programme within Education and Community settings contributing towards the public health agenda by improving health outcomes for children and young people.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and verbal. 
  • Able to deal sensitively with anxious /distressed children and adults. 
  • Proactive approach – highly self motivated with ability to use own initiative. 
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing workforce demands. 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Excellent administration skills
  • A full drivers license and access to a vehicle is require for this role.
