Duties:
- Provide administration to the support service steams based on both sites.
- Handle enquiries at the front desk of each site.
- Update case files on in-house system.
- Responding to general telephone queries and forwarding them on to the correct department.
- Using various software programs, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- General administrative duties.
This role is based across two sites.
