Job Description

Duties:

- Provide administration to the support service steams based on both sites.
- Handle enquiries at the front desk of each site.
- Update case files on in-house system.
- Responding to general telephone queries and forwarding them on to the correct department.
- Using various software programs, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- General administrative duties.

This role is based across two sites.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent IT knowledge. You will be using various Microsoft software during your day to day duties. - Previous experience within an administrative role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Be able to work as part of a wider team as well as alone.
