Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work in line with strict processes and procedures to ensure all correspondence is accurate; letters & emails
  • Complete quality checks to ensure letters are sent with correct headers and references
  • Data entry
  • Assist with customer queries from time to time
  • Providing assistance to the imaging team
  • Monitoring and ordering stationary
  • Carrying out ad hoc administrative support to office function

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must haves; Previous office administration experience, good eye for detail, responsible and reliableStrong communication skills both written and verbal Previous experience of working within a back office support function Excellent telephone manner PC literate Excellent data entry skills Able to work as part of a team Finance or Insurance industry experience (preferable)
