You will provide office administration services to a small but busy Operations department. You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and manage tasks and information in accordance with our operational policies and process.
Your role will include;
Dealing with electronic and paper-based filing and other routine administrative tasks for file management
Assist with the office equipment and scanning
Data entry into the company system and recording of information on the internal computer system
File general paperwork accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with expected processes
Process and prepare client general update communications
Monitor key incoming emails to file and update the supervisor as required
Where necessary direct calls to the appropriate person or take messages recording them effectively and accurately on the appropriate system
Deal with routine enquiries in a friendly and helpful way.
