We are looking to recruit a Plant Hire Administrator to join their Plant Hire division who support our front-line operations by providing compliant, innovative and fit for purpose Vehicles Plant and Equipment.
The Plant Hire Administrator will help support the Plant Hire / Operations Team that transacts all enquiries relating to Plant, Accommodation, Site Services and Tool requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
Administrative support to the Plant Hire Desk, including answering calls and emails
Raising & closing contracts, asset transfers and contract amendments using the hire management software (InspHire)
Confirming x-hires by liaising with Suppliers and using suppliers’ extranets
Continuously review live hire reports and supplier extranets to ensure Insphire is up to date at all times.
Develop positive relationships with business’ and supply chain personnel
Running Reports
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Relevant experience within an office environment is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers Proven IT Skills with experience of Microsoft Office. Good written and oral communication skills.
