Responsibilities will include:
Deal with enquiries by telephone or email, for both internal/external clients
Provide administrative support including operational financial administration including monitoring of income and expenditure, administration of procurement and billing activities and budget tracking needed to maintain effective contract and purchasing control, and reporting requirements.
Book and administer arrangements for business related travel both in the UK and overseas.
Devise, implement and maintain agreed administrative processes and systems required to ensure effective day-to-day delivery of work area/programme objectives.
Undertake background research to produce a summary of the information and prepare reports, data and other information as required, assisting with the collation, analysis, evaluation and presentation of management information.
Develop marketing material, including prezzi and PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, web-material etc., working closely with the Marketing Team
Manage the diaries and associated arrangements for members of the allocated work area as required and appropriate.
