Job Description

Reporting to the Systems Manger you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Field Team to enable effective day to-day delivery of tasks.

Core Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Inboxes and workflow queues and assist in dealing with related jobs and queries
  • Deal with administration requests including purchase orders, ordering materials and consumables, organising venues for meetings and organising catering when required
  • Maintaining diaries and work schedules for area, recording key events, and key objective deadlines
  • Take minutes of meetings as and when required
  • Complete data entry for work programming, reporting and performance management using Company software
  • Liaise with relevant teams to provide support when needed and maintain effective communication to help achieve targets
  • Maintain effective administrative records relating to all activities for the area
  • Run routine and ad hoc reports as directed by area Management Team and distribute as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Use of In-House CRM Systems Excellent use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel Be able to run ad hoc reports as required
