Reporting to the Systems Manger you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Field Team to enable effective day to-day delivery of tasks.
Core Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Inboxes and workflow queues and assist in dealing with related jobs and queries
Deal with administration requests including purchase orders, ordering materials and consumables, organising venues for meetings and organising catering when required
Maintaining diaries and work schedules for area, recording key events, and key objective deadlines
Take minutes of meetings as and when required
Complete data entry for work programming, reporting and performance management using Company software
Liaise with relevant teams to provide support when needed and maintain effective communication to help achieve targets
Maintain effective administrative records relating to all activities for the area
Run routine and ad hoc reports as directed by area Management Team and distribute as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Use of In-House CRM Systems Excellent use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel Be able to run ad hoc reports as required
