Job Description

The role will involve the following duties:

  • Managing incoming customer orders
  • Inputting customer orders
  • Upkeep of customer relationships
  • Liaising with customers regarding orders - delivery/despatch dates
  • Allocation of invoices on to the system
  • Purchase ledger duties
  • Credit control

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A solid background within an Administrative role Able to fulfil the above duties MS office conversant A flexible and adaptable approach Able to work with minimal supervision Some exposure to accounts would be ideal but not essential
