Job Description
You will be someone who is looking for a role where you can develop both personally and professionally within the company, with your goal being to help us to facilitate the companies activities to maximize performance and help long-lasting development of the business.
The responsibilities for the role will include:
General administration duties – to ensure all general facility and administrative needs of the company are met in a timely manner. Including managing various email inboxes and answering and directing phone calls.
Communication – help build a strong communication line with internal departments and the head office.
Document Management – creating and maintaining shared drive to maintain sales records, prepare reports and upload accordingly.
Sales and Project team support – dealing with and assigning incoming queries, compile quotations, schedule works, procure materials, complete required supplier information.
Diary Management – coordinating diary appointments, liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for an exceptional individual with the following skills and experience: Proficiency in MS office. Excellent time management and the ability to priorities work. High levels of attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve. 5 GCSE’s including Math's & English or equivalent. Be able to work well both in a team and alone.
