Any exposure to working within a distribution organisation would be a distinct advantage. Exposure to dealing with senior management and challenging, where appropriate, is essential. You will need to be prepared to be 'hands on' and communicate well with different divisions. A background of working with Xero would also be extremely beneficial.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role AAT Level 3 minimum Experience in using Xero, is preferred Experience dealing in multiple currencies Experience in bank reconciliations, purchase and sales ledger, credit control, management journals and month end close procedures Experience in dealing with group companies preferable, but not essential To liaise with staff both internally and external accountants regularly to ensure timely and up to date information is available to be used for decision making
