Job Description
The role will also support the execution of the Supply Chain strategy to achieve the business objectives. The successful candidate will carry out the activities required to meet the company quality standards and focuses on continuous improvement whilst contributing to customer service, and demonstrating the company values and behaviors.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Import weekly supplier stock updates into SAP
- Issue weekly/monthly forecast information to key suppliers
- Provide twice weekly demand information to suppliers on specific materials to support the site telemetry systems
- Run and issue weekly report for due orders on new packaging materials requiring print standards approval prior to production
- Generate Discontinuation Reports and add MRP Notes to necessary materials that will be delisting/changing designs
- Provide stock information to project managers as required in order for decisions to be made on delist/change over dates
- Support MRP Controllers by issuing RORI (Run Out Run In of packaging) emails to sites as necessary against production requirements, and follow up post production to check BOM changes are completed
- Support MRP Controllers through investigations on the root cause of material shortages, and implement any necessary corrective actions, or escalation to the Materials Manager
- Support MRP Controllers during holidays
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is competitive and dependent on experience plus 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Fridays 8.30 - 4.00.
