Job Description
  • Run the entire procurement cycle:
    • Collecting purchase requests from various departments,
    • Creating purchase orders after ensuring proper checks,
    • Verifying and processing invoices,
    • Reporting and processing claims,
    • Follow ups with carriers / suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain Management Information System like cost reports, trackers, etc.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with all company Delivery Network and Finance function; provide support as directed.
  • You will provide close support to the leadership with regard to their general office requirements, employee engagement, managing mails, appointments, files etc.
  • Other responsibilities:
    • Support facilities management (security, visitors, cleaning, catering etc.) including conducting daily site checks and raising concerns to relevant teams (cleaners, maintenance, IT and Security)
    • Stock control of warehouse consumable and office supplies
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company and/or your supervisor or manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What You'll Need:Previous experience in Finance/ Procurement administrative position (minimum 1 year) is essential. Experienced in working within a fast-paced warehousing, distribution or relevant environment is an advantage. An effective team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving skills with strong planning and forward-thinking capabilities. Demonstrated ability to multitask, and provide a high attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (G-Mail, Google Sheets, Google Forms); ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization and build internal and external relationships. Flexible and able to handle ad-hoc issues that may arise outside of core business. Knowledge of German is a plus.
