Job Description

A leading Global Insurance company has a unique opportunity to join their business implementation team as an Insurance Data and Compliance Administrator in this data and analytical focused position.

As an Insurance Data and Compliance Technician you will work closely with the Business Implementation Manager to manage and develop the implementation and maintenance of the companies new business policy data. You will analyze and create specific templates based on the requirements of the individual broker to ensure all key information is entered and accessible.

You will work closely with a panel of insurance brokers to analyze their contracts and new business proposals to create documentation and forms whilst then analyzing the data and trouble shooting any issues and solving problems that may arise. You will need to collate a variety of information from different sources and then bring this together to analyze the full picture before presenting this to the I.T department. You must therefore have strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

You must have an inquisitive nature and enjoy solving problems, you will need to be capable of digging deep to discover route cause of problems before putting together a solution.

You will be rewarded with a unique benefits package with the opportunity to develop long term. The role will start on an 18 month contract however this will be continually reviewed with the opportunity to develop into other roles internally. The position will start at home with full home set up provided with a view to returning to the office in central Nottingham once lockdown restrictions are lifted.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to ensure that all regulatory standards are met as set out by the FCA/ PRA and therefore experience within a regulatory environment will be beneficial. To be considered you will ideally have worked in a similar data and analytical administration based position within a regulated environment such as insurance, financial services or even the energy sector. You must have excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills for dealing with Underwriters. You must have good I.T skills including an understanding of excel.
