Working within a small, busy team within their Technical Spares department
Liaising with existing customers via email and telephone
Account Management for a core bank of customers
Responding to incoming telephone calls and emails
Customer Services with existing customers
Fact finding for machinery parts for customers
Majority of Inbound calls, some external outbound calls to both existing and new clients
Liaising with External Sales/Production/Accounts
Diary management for Sales Technicians and Sales Representatives
Sales order processing using a CRM system
Updating/amending CRM system
Liaising with Accounts with regards customer payments/credit control
Hours of work Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 pm
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to A level or above. Good mathematical skills/accurate/strong attention to detail. Confident, assertive personality with a “can-do” attitude. Keen to learn and develop. Well spoken, ability to build strong customer relations over the telephone. At least 12 months experience within Customer Services/Sales. Administration or Account. Management. Good MS Office – Word, Excel. Preference give to those with experience with Sage and CRM skills.
