Job Description
  • Under limited supervision, manages the day to day administrative activity, provides client support, and answers customer inquiries or route more complex inquiries to appropriate team member for a specific department.
  • Solves/trouble-shoots administrative and operational problems.
  • Assignments generally include such types of work as preparing complex reports and maintaining complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources.
  • Requires ability to analyze and resolve problems and effectively deliver information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers.
  • May be responsible for coordinating or directing the work activities of various lower level specialists.
  • Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Collate all found data into single package for data transfer requirement using secured systems
  • Working with SAP system for data consolidation activities
  • Highlight critical timelines to resolve requests while working with the relevant stakeholders
  • Produce status/progress reports and present them as and when required
  • Documentation and recording information in relevant database
  • Principle point of contact into and out of global locations for data transfer activity
  • Highlight any criticalities, and the timelines to resolve, working with the relevant stakeholders
  • Returning of completed requests to apposite stakeholders & track progress status with them.
  • Take meeting minutes & progress actions as per agreed task list & make escalations to relevant stakeholders if need be.
  • Document management - correcting any storage faults/ missing information to attain storage compliance
  • Retrieve documents at request.

Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality. Must value operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment. Able to show initiative, good judgment and resourcefulness. Ability to work remotely when required. Educated to GCSE level, Degree or above. Experience in a technical environment preferred. Previous experience of SAP based non-conformance systems would be beneficial. Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or analysis. An analytical mind set with superb communication and problem skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications like Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer. Knowledge of SAP, Forum pass , team Centre. Ability to track and report multiple items at the same time using Excel/ Word lists
