Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Admin Support Worker to join our well known charity team at Citizens Advice Sherwood & Newark. We are looking for someone to offer administrative and office support to our clients, staff and volunteers. You will be a competent administrator who is able to work independently to help ensure the smooth running of our service, both remotely and in the offices.

As this is a busy and varied role, it is essential that you are extremely well organized with excellent attention to detail and a can do attitude. We want someone who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We require a skilled admin support worker to provide admin support to the generalist service and casework team, you will need: One year’s recent experience of office administration; Experience of word processing, Google Workplace and Windows based software; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels; Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload, priorities and meet deadlines.
