Job Description
The role will be based from home initially, reporting directly into the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
To provide support to the Accounts Receivable team and ensure the effective production of applications and invoices to our clients
To ensure that all applications and invoices are correct and issued to clients in a timely manner & by deadlines set by our clients
To ensure we receive prompt payment for invoices issued and to provide accurate cash allocation information to Accounts Receivable Manager
To provide sales updates to the Accounts Receivable Administrator and wider business when required
To liaise with the resourcing team to ensure invoices include the correct data from original orders and that any changes are incorporated
To build new customer relationships and support existing ones by providing high levels of customer service at all times
To provide administrative support to the wider account management team
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An experienced Finance Administrator that has previously worked in a medium to large company. A flexible approach is necessary as work within the function may be reallocated as circumstances demand.
