Job Description

Duties:

  • Maintaining all project documentation
  • Organizing and recording through effective minute taking all project related meetings
  • Maintaining project logs for
    • Risks and issues
    • Decisions
    • Action logs
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Undertake any other activity or activities commensurate with the role as stipulated by the project manager
  • Communication across the project team, with staff and with external suppliers and contractors
  • Producing template documentation to support project

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience within a similar telecoms or telephony deployment project. The use of MS Teams including setting up meetings, participating in Teams meetings and recording actions and minutes during these meetings. Experience of using MS 365 product suite including MS Project. Accurate and concise minute taking. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form.
