In this role you will be required to answer the phone, answer queries/and or forward to correct contacts, take messages, manage the filing of the leave forms and personal documents, assist in setting new doctors up on trust systems and monitor the generic inbox.
WORKING HOURS
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm , 37.5 hours per week.
Pay Rate £9.21

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, will be well organized as well as having self-motivation and a can do attitude to support team members and the effective operation of the team. You must have telephone experience as well as be comfortable working with the Microsoft programmes (Outlook, Excel, Word).
