Job Description

Duties to include:

• Basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
• Maintain up to date financial accounting records for the business
• Produce supporting reconciliations for all key balance sheet control accounts
• Prepare and process General Ledger journals.
• Produce accurate and up to date records of the cash flow and current daily cash position of the business
• Assist in the production of timely and accurate monthly financial and management accounts.
• Assist the Senior Finance Manager as required in other finance and administration requirements of the business
• Able to provide back up and support / share workload with senior Finance Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience at Finance Manager level or above Quick learner, able to adapt and apply their financial accounting skills in a fairly complex environment Oracle Financial experience desirable Used to working with high volume data Advanced Excel skills essential
