A brand new exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our business has arisen to support our Exec Team. You will do this by providing effective and proactive support to the Executive Directors.
Let us tell you a little bit more about what you will be doing
Providing Administrative support to the CEO and Directors on a daily basis
Supporting with the planning and organizing of the weekly and monthly SLT meeting cycles as well as ad hoc key events within departments.
Providing pro-active diary management where requested, acting as the point of contact for time and activity requests.
Provide highly confidential, proactive and flexible support to all members of the Exec board including additional project administration and coordination where required including team gifts and adhoc incentives.
Provide administrative support for a range of committees, forums and working groups; collating and disseminating information, undertaking room bookings, agenda planning and preparation of papers, minutes/note taking and follow up actions.
Prepare meeting packs, reports, presentations, conference packs, meeting papers and other documentation essential for the meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and treat sensitive issues with appropriate tact and diplomacy, working in accordance with Data Protection Legislation
Producing weekly reports and scorecards and monthly HR Team Board report as well as Monthly PLC pack
Prepare expense reports on behalf of the Execs, monthly credit card claims and expenses
Office management & facilities support for Champion House
Line management of receptionist
preparation of confidential documents as and when required if HR team support unavailable

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have a proven track record in a similar role with strong administration skills. You will need to be highly organized, self-motivated, adaptable and able to priorities workload with strong interpersonal skills and track record of communicating confidently with individuals at all levels of the business. We want people who are passionate about what they do, have a real sense of self drive and determination whist communicating with stakeholders internally and externally of all levels.
