Liaising with applicants, Armed Forces Careers Offices and Medical Experts - answering queries and assisting candidates through the medical aspects of their application
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Interacting with third party providers where appropriate, such as candidate, GPs, as part of medical process fulfilment
Co-ordination of medicals
Reviewing letters, Postal admin and scanning
Answering the phone and responding to queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in Administration. Good IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous administrative experience. Strong customer service both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to work using own initiative. Confident. An understanding of the military would be an advantage, but not essential.
