An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work at a well-established company in Hinckley.
We are looking for keen and enthusiastic candidates who thrive working in a fast paced environment and are available for full time work. These are temporary / ongoing positions.
Duties:
General admin duties such as filing, data input, organization of paperwork, letter writing and sending
Taking calls and dealing with them correctly
Calling out to customers and clients
Keeping the office clean
Making refreshments for staff, taking lunch orders.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To have previous experience and skills as an Administrator. To have a pro-active and organized approach to tackling challenges and workload. Excellent data-input skills. Effective communication skills by telephone and email to customers and suppliers. To have experience with database systems and MS office packages. Ideally worked with utilities industry previously.
