Job Description
There is a requirement for a skilled individual to work alongside the current Management & Admin team and continue to deliver the high levels of results the department has been achieving
The role will be any 5 days out of 6 between Monday to Saturday afternoons.
Key Accountabilities:
Book in and de-brief drivers daily
Recording figures for the weekly distribution analysis
Cash handling and security and safety procedures
Monitoring data identification of tacho’s.
Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
Verification of documents, checking numerical accuracy, and maintaining accurate complete and legible records.
Investigation of discrepancies.
Responsible for dealing with customer collections.
Control and monitoring of cancelled and returned orders.
Maintenance of customer accounts records and reconcile/verify all cash/cheques payments.
Maintenance and input of information onto SAP
Inputting WDA data onto computer system.
Tachograph audits inputting data onto computerized database.
Printing of documents.
Working alongside fleet team to maintain vehicle file records
