An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lung Health Check Programme Administrator to join the Respiratory department at UHCW, to support the Targeted Lung Health Check (TLHC) Programme. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated band 4 administrator/patient tracker with previous experience in an administrative post.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic individual, who is able to work autonomously and is confident in working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and databases. You ideally will have substantial experience working with electronic filing and patient tracking systems, formatting documents, minute taking, the handling of confidential information, and possess excellent customer care, organizational and interpersonal skills.
