Job Description

We are proud of our current and developing service which supports the way we care for our frail and elderly patients. This includes in addition to the 72 inpatient frailty beds a front door frailty team consisting of Advanced Care Frailty Practitioners, therapy, medical and nursing colleagues to rapidly assess and facilitate appropriate pathways of care to prevent/minimize the need for an acute inpatient admission.

The vacant posts are Registered Nurses for Dinmore which is for a ward which will have 24 beds and have an orthopaedic –geriatric specialty. Experience in the care of orthopaedic surgical patients would be beneficial. You will be working with the geriatricians, orthopaedic surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre staff and working closely with multi professional colleagues.
