A firm of accountants in Mansfield are interested in hiring into a Senior Accountant / Client Manager role.

The title will depend on the person hired, but can vary from Senior Accountant through to Senior / Supervisor.

The salary will vary accordingly. They are interested in hiring someone with proven practice experience for a broad and interesting role.

Our client is a firm of accountants who have been established for many years in Mansfield. A modern and broadly skilled firm, their specialists offer advice for everything from the basics of accounts and tax year end through to more complex advisory work.

The exact duties are very flexible - practical experience in an accountancy practice is compulsory but everything else can be moved to suit the applicant and firm. A key part will be communicating with clients and your staff and managing, plus producing work ranging from VAT and Bookkeeping, through to accounts production, tax computations and areas of advisory work on tax and other matters affecting your clients.

Audit may be part of the role, so any experience in this area is useful but not essential, with the rest of the role including accounts preparation, tax computations and planning, management accounts and potentially ad hoc work such as trusts, forecasting for clients etc.
