We are looking for an experienced HR or TA/Recruiting professional to support the exciting growth phase of our set up in this local region.

In setting up a new business and team, this role is required to be highly versatile covering a wide range of HR, Recruitment and Administrative duties.

You must be able to react quickly to change, be able to make good decisions when facing uncertainty and have a keen ability to solve problems as they arise.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting for the initial set up our local organisation from a very early stage.
  • HR tasks including recruitment, payroll, on-boarding, off-boarding, comp and benefits, evaluation, ER.
  • Administrative tasks including company administration, office management, purchasing, vendor management.
  • Work closely with Global HR and Admin teams to implement global strategies and tailor them to local needs.
  • Partner with and support tasks from the local regional director.
  • Be the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or HR generalist experience.
  • Native or close to native ability in English
  • Entrepreneurial and organised personality which can juggle many tasks at once.
  • Strong decisiveness with the ability to work well independently.
  • Ability to handle a fast moving environment with many changes and uncertainty.
  • Strong problem solving mindset and can provide flexible solutions.
  • IT, Software,Technology industry experience is highly desirable.
