This Team Administrator (Educational Development Team) is full-time and will be engaged in activities such as coordinating the team's support of innovative learning and teaching initiatives; providing administration for events such as conferences, symposia and workshops; providing a purchasing function for the team; and coordinating relevant updates to the Department's website.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have excellent organizational and communication skills, initiative and be able to priorities workloads, keeping to tight deadlines. You will have proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. It is also essential that you have strong operational knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook.
