Job Description
We are searching for an innovative and self-motivated Administrative Professional with some Health and Safety knowledge to join us as a Workplace Administrator for one of our busiest sites in Sutton.
What will you be doing?
- Provide support to the Workplace Coordinator in the management and delivery of facilities services for all allocated sites
- Manage all helpdesk calls in line with specific SLAs, KPIs through Remedy Ticketing System (including PPMs and Reactive with suppliers and with other team members).
- Carry out workplace inspections and ensure that site is safe, tidy at all times.
- Responsible for Security Admin including Access Control system, monthly audits, updating procedures file, key control and lost card reporting procedures
- Responsible for management of administration surrounding the Car Park e.g. database upkeep, pool car, patrol checks, issuing of permits, safety equipment etc.
- Submit monthly helpdesk report to the management.
- Assist in testing the business continuity plan of the site.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A pro-active, problem solver. Basic knowledge of health and safety and facilities management. Good level of computer literacy - proficient in Word and Excel. Reception and switchboard experience. Punctual and flexible - may need to change shift patterns to ensure continuity of service. Good administrator with experience using various software packages. Travel to other offices and sites around the country on occasion to assist the Office Coordinator (so driving license preferred).
