Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to take on this busy and demanding role for an exclusive opportunity we are excited to be working on for a client based in Derby.
The role involves, but is not limited to, the following;

  • Giving quotations, taking sales orders, arranging deliveries, processing all associated paperwork
  • Accounts processing using Sage Accounts system including raising of customer invoices and processing of payments
  • Maintaining stock levels, reordering products from suppliers when necessary
  • Maintaining vehicle records ensuring conditions of Operators License are adhered to
  • Ensuring the accurate recording of a variety of management information
