Job Description
Here you will be dealing with our Team 2 customers and be responsible for both outbound and inbound contact in order to facilitate payment of arrears, identifying and resolving any queries for the customer at an early stage.
A day in the life of a Team 2 Credit Controller at phs will involve;
Focusing on the collection of aged debt of 31 to 60 days
Resolving more complex issues and queries that prevent the collection of payments from our customers
Managing a group of ledger types with specific debtors such as; Credit risk, debt aged over 150+ days, our larger business pool and public sector clients
Responding to all customer contact and updating all communication records
Escalation of accounts where legal action may be considered
Liaising with colleagues to discuss, support and share knowledge on a regular basis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Credit Management experience A good working knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook Negotiation and decision-making Skills Listening skills An ability to prioritise demanding workloads Assertive with great communication skills!
