Job Description
- Performing technical and administrative compliance activities for a range of clients adhering to current, relevant, legislative requirements and official recommendations
- Managing individual projects, including preparation, distribution and maintenance of regulatory and legal documentation relating to the OR service
- Coordinating with the Commercial Team to ensure that customers are invoiced correctly
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of enquiries and projects using approved departmental procedures
- Answering complex enquiries and providing OR advice to clients, agents and personnel within the company
- Liaising with customers and the regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with Covance’s legal obligations as OR
- Keeping up-to-date with REACH regulations and current trends
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include Math’s and English A*-C (or equivalent). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy along with good numeracy skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to priorities. Self-motivated with problem solving skills.
