Job Description
Our client is a well-established and very reputable company based at Ashby. Owing to ongoing success, they are looking for someone to assist with processing of documentation connected with us. Based in a friendly office, you will be expected to carry out the following:
Processing documentation necessary for vehicles arriving at and subsequently leaving site
Addressing queries regarding timescales
Looking after vehicle stock control
Record and monitor vehicle damage
Ensure computer system is constantly updated
Ad hoc duties as may be required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In order to carry out this interesting and varied role, it is expected that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience gained either within a transport or production office. You should be a confident IT user and be adept at using Excel on a regular basis. Additionally, you should be a team player with great communication skills.
