Job Description

To manage the team of Sales Estimators to ensure they are driving all sales and margin opportunities. Promote the sharing of best practice within your immediate and the wider contracts office teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone with team management and Builders Merchants experience as well as: strong relationship building skills. experience of working within a target driven sales environment. ability to multi-task and priorities workload. great at mentoring and developing their team.
