Job Description

Reporting into the Senior HR Services Team Leader, you will provide a customer focused and dedicated range of HR Administration Services that serve the needs of our colleagues and external customers. To inform colleagues of standard policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner, providing first line support and guidance, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and accurately. To create and maintain accurate colleague records on the HR systems and Payroll.

This role will involve taking a high number of calls on a daily basis and also responding to email queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will have previous HR Administration experience or be working toward / completed your CIPD qualification. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle complex and sensitive conversations.
