Job Description

The company are based in a location that does require someone to drive and have access to their own transport.

The role will involve a variety of administration tasks relating to fleet and transport. Some elements can be taught and trained, however strong administration skills are essential.

Typical duties will include:

  • Ensuring systems are maintained
  • Handling MOTs, Road Licences
  • Setting up accounts with the AA
  • Issuing driver cards
  • Handling parking fines, toll charges
  • Placing orders on the systems
  • Booking in for repairs, services
  • Issuing PPE

You must be available immediately and happy to start a temporary position.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate for this role should have a strong administration background. Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential. You should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office specifically Excel and have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
