Scanning and uploading documentation onto their internal CRM system
Updating all job pack for offsite engineers
Processing any orders through the system
Taking inbound calls and diverting to relevant department
Verifying personal documentation for customers
Updating engineers diary's on a daily basis
Supporting the management team if they require any support
The client offers onsite parking, friendly working environment and within walking distance to local amenities.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4:30pm
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The role requires someone who has good Microsoft office skills and excellent communications skills.
